Regarding Ebooks:

All sales are final, we do not accept any returns or exchanges.

Didn’t Receive My Ebook

Please double check the email you use when purchasing any ebook. That is where you will receive a downloadable link to your ebook. If you accidentally used an incorrect email, please contact us with your order number and include the correct email so we may resend the link.

Do you have Physical Copies of the Ebooks?

Physical copies are sold through Amazon and Barnes and Noble (Online). All links for physical copies are listed in the description of each of the ebooks.

Regarding spell/reading services:

All sales are final and non-refundable.

We cannot guarantee the timeliness and/or effectiveness of your spell work. Results may vary.

If you would like to see reviews on services, some are provided by previous clients here. More reviews can be found on Instagram story highlights.

If you do not see a specific service listed, please contact us to discuss the possibility of making your request happen.

Please note that for spell and reading services all clients must be 18 or older.

Spells are cast on specific days/times depending on the type of spell and therefore your spell will be cast within 2 to 4 weeks. We will provide photos and/or videos via email once your spell is complete.

We do not offer obsession spells nor will we make an exception.

Tarot:

Tarot readings pertain to your specific questions and will be delivered as voice memos via email within 1 week. Once your payment is processed, we will reach out to you regarding your questions. Please keep your eyes open for our email.

When booking a tarot reading understand that it’s not about determining your fate. Rather offering guidance to understand your path and emotions better. This session provides an external perspective, helping you navigate various aspects of your life that are relevant to your experience. Tarot is a tool that we use to connect to the divine and relay information they want to communicate with you.

Astrology:

Astrology readings are in-depth and take time to be written. After you place an order we will contact you via email to inquire about your birth day, time, and location. Please wait 2 to 4 weeks after sharing this information to receive your reading.

Lilithian and Venusian readings are limited to only a few per month to avoid getting overbooked and taking too long to receive. If you see they are sold out, check back at the beginning of the next month.

We reserve the right to refuse services to any individual at our discretion.
