Regarding store products:

All sales are final, we do not accept any returns or exchanges.

Cancellations / Changes

Cancellations or changes to an order are only applicable if the order has not been shipped yet. Once the order is shipped, no cancellations or changes are allowed. If you need to make any changes (i.e. shipping address) please contact us immediately with your confirmation number and the changes that need to be made.

Damaged Items

If you receive a product that is significantly damaged we will provide you with a refund. Please contact us with your order confirmation number and images showing the damaged item. We will get back to you and issue a refund if applicable as soon as possible.

We are a small business and do not hold any in-house inventory. Your products come directly from our suppliers. For this reason there is a chance your products may come separately and we also won’t be able to provide you with a tracking number. However, if you feel it’s taking too long to receive your products (longer than 4 weeks) please reach out and we can track down your order.

Please note that for spell and reading services all clients must be 18 or older.

Spells are cast on specific days/times depending on the type of spell and therefore your spell will be cast within 3 to 4 weeks. We will provide photos and/or videos via email once your spell is complete.

Tarot readings pertain to your specific questions and will be delivered as voice memos via email within 1 week. Once your payment is processed, we will reach out to you regarding your questions. Please keep your eyes open for our email.

When booking a tarot reading understand that it’s not about determining your fate. Rather offering guidance to understand your path and emotions better. This session provides an external perspective, helping you navigate various aspects of your life that are relevant to your experience. Tarot is a tool that we use to connect to the divine and relay information they want to communicate with you.
